THE PLOT:
Ivanhoe returns from the crusades to find that England is not the same place he left. Prince John has turned it into a dark
and evil place. So Ivanhoe decides to fight back against the evil and the injustice.
But Prince John is a sniveling coward, the real source of his power is a twisted wizard who has plans of his own and plays
John like a harp.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
I enjoyed the show when I watched it. Unfortunately I couldn't catch it when it was new which I was sorry to say. But it
is a good show and I wish it last longer then two years. This is something they did all the time, combine two episodes of
a series turning it into a movie. Something I don't really approve of if I do say so. But in this case I'll give it 8 STARS
and hope season 1 of Dark Knight: Ivanhoe the Series comes out soon.

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I do agree with Zedd that these composite movies pieced together from series is just lazy and was hoping was done with in
the 70s. Plus, even for 2000, I feel that the CG could have been better. So for me 7 STARS.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ COOL STORIES (The stories work.)
+ CAST (The cast does a great job.)
+ CLASSIC (A classic piece with a fantasy twist.)
+ CREATURES (The creatures were cool.)
+ EXCITING (Rarely drags.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- PATCHWORK MOVIE (This is just two or three episodes patched together and called a "movie".)
- CG (The CG could have been better.)
...AND FINALLY...
- FAN BASED (If you are a purest and think monsters don't belong in Ivanhoe, or just aren't into fantasy pieces. Then this
isn't for you.)
